APL & APL Logistics' Customer Communciation Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

There have been recent cases of a company using the name of 'APL Logistics Co.,Ltd Dongguan Office' offering sea and air services from China. The company uses the email domain name: 'apl-logistics.com', which is significantly similar to APL Logistics' email domain: 'apllogistics.com'.

We wish to inform all our customers that APL and APL Logistics have no registered offices in Dongguan, China. In addition, APL and APL Logistics have formal procedures in place to ensure the authenticity and security of customer communications. Only designated account team members are authorized to contact customers. We don't share customer contact, account or business information with third parties. Any unsolicited communications from other than a recognized account team should be immediately reported to APL or APL Logistics.

E-mail communications from APL or APL Logistics employees can readily be identified as coming from either apl.com, apllogistics.com or nol.com.sg. Any other e-mail source should be treated with suspicion.
